Invite your team and choose what they can do
Owners, admins and editors explained: who can do what, choosing which websites an editor opens, invitations and working for several businesses.

Stratafold has three roles. Roles belong to a business, so one person can be the owner of their own business and an editor for someone else’s.

A business always keeps at least one owner.
Invite someone
In Business settings → Team, type their email under Invite someone by email, choose a Role and, for an editor, Websites they can open. Choose Send invitation and we email them a link. It works once and expires after 7 days. Inviting the same email again replaces the old link.
If the person already has a Stratafold account, they confirm with their password and your business appears in their list. Otherwise they choose a name and password.
Which websites an editor opens
Editors see only the websites they have been added to. Change this any time in Business settings → Team, or in a website’s Website settings → Members. Owners and admins always see every website.
Working for several businesses
Agencies and freelancers often belong to several businesses. Use the switcher at the top of the menu to move between websites, or All businesses and websites to see everything you can open. Each business’s content, keys and settings are completely separate.
