Write, review and publish
Write posts and products yourself or with AI, work safely with drafts, get an AI review of your writing, and publish when you are ready.

Everything you write is under Content in the menu, with each kind — Blog posts, Products — listed underneath. Search by title, and switch between All, Drafts, Published, Changes not published yet and Put away.
Two ways to start
Write something new opens an empty form for the kind you choose; on a kind’s own list the button names it, such as New blog post. Write it with AI asks What are you writing? and What should it be about?, then Write the draft writes it for you. While it writes, it shows as Drafting at the top of the list, and it appears as a normal draft when it is done, usually within a minute, with a Draft finished message. Other AI tasks say the same when they are done, such as Search listing finished or Translation finished. Pictures, links and links to other items stay empty for you to add.
A good description is specific: “Our new summer bouquets, with peonies and garden roses, delivered the same day across the city” works far better than “Write about flowers”.
If the AI can’t write yet — no remaining AI allowance, a key for a different AI company than the one chosen in Teach the AI, no AI credit left, or the AI switched off — a notice above the button says what’s missing, with a button to fix it. You can still write by hand.
The writing box
The buttons above the writing box add headings, bold, italic, lists and links. The box is plain text, so they add marks such as **bold** and _italic_; the line under the box explains them, and your readers never see them. The first time you use a button, the box switches to Preview to show the finished look. Press Write to carry on.
Drafts, publishing and changes
Saving never publishes. Drafts can be half-finished; Publish checks every box that must be filled in, and names the one to fix if any is empty.
After publishing, what is live stays as it was while you keep editing. It shows Changes not published yet until you choose Publish changes.
Once it is published on the website Stratafold hosts, Stratafold says where it is live, with View it. If you publish through your own connected website, the snippet or the API, it just says Published. Where it appears, beside the writing, shows its address on your website and every other place it went.
If a colleague saves while you are editing, Stratafold tells you instead of overwriting their work. You can also press Cmd+S (Mac) or Ctrl+S (Windows) to save.
Beside the writing
Next to every post you’ll find Where it appears, Share on social media, Schedule, How it shows in Google and when shared, AI review, Languages and Details.
Get a second opinion from the AI
The AI review panel reads the saved version against what you taught the AI. Add what it should focus on if you like, such as “make the opening more persuasive”, and choose Review this post — the button names whatever you are writing. You get specific suggestions for each box and a complete suggested rewrite. Apply suggested rewrite puts it into the form for you to read, adjust and save. Nothing changes until you save.
Take it off, put it away or delete
- Take off the website removes it from your website and keeps it as a draft. Stratafold asks first. If what was live matched your latest edits, Undo puts it back; if it had changes not published yet, there is no Undo, and the message says it is off your website and kept as a draft.
- Put away hides it from your lists and your website until you choose Bring back as a draft. Undo, straight after, brings it back as it was.
- Delete removes it for good. Only owners and admins can delete.
Live updates
Your lists, the counts in the menu and open posts update the moment anyone on your team, or the AI, changes something. You never need to refresh to see a colleague’s work or a finished AI draft.
